This freelance assignment is for a maternity leave replacement to support the HR and sales team. You will work through an outsourcing partner that guarantees your freedom as a freelancer, helps you find new assignments, and simplifies your administration.
What you will do.
- Manage the entire vehicle fleet from A to Z: quotation requests, price comparisons, orders, deliveries, and trade-ins of vehicles.
- Coordinate all fleet-related administration: leasing, damage cases, expertise requests, and contacts with leasing companies and repairers.
- Actively participate in the annual evaluation and optimization of the car policy, vehicle matrix, budgets, and vehicle choices.
- Be the point of contact for employees with questions about company cars, mobility budgets, and other mobility solutions.
- Administratively support the sales team: prepare quotations, monitor and renew software licenses, and prepare and follow up on tender dossiers.
What they ask
- Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent by experience.
- Several years of specific experience within fleet management is a must.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
