As an intake and service employee, you are the calling card of a government organization. You are an important link, providing the first contact with citizens and being at the start of the investigation process.
What you will do.
- You are the first point of contact for citizens, and their request for help is central to your work.
- You think along with citizens and provide a tailor-made solution, always in a personal, engaged, and professional manner.
- Taking statements is part of your daily tasks.
- You answer and handle questions from citizens and accurately record questions, requests/reports, and statements in the systems.
- You refer citizens, if necessary, to network partners, such as victim support.
- You are involved in customer requests, administration, and support.
- You support colleagues, such as the community police officer and operational coordinator, with administrative tasks like registering seized goods, handling reports, or gathering more information.
- You work in uniform and ensure that a request or question immediately reaches the right place in the organization.
- You register accurately in the various systems.
- You indicate what, in your opinion, can be improved in the processes you are involved in.

- MBO 3 working and thinking level.
- A diploma as an extraordinary investigating officer (BOA), or willingness to obtain one.
