What you do
- Responsible for your own client portfolio, working closely with 2 to 3 regular clients.
- Get to know clients' organization, culture, and needs through regular visits.
- Write engaging vacancy texts that appeal to the right target audience.
- Conduct personal interviews with candidates for various roles (e.g., operator, logistics employee, production worker).
- Delve into candidates' motivations, talents, and ambitions and translate this into a suitable placement.
- Ensure sustainable matches that excite both the candidate and the client.
- Effortlessly switch between administrative tasks, vacancy management, intensive candidate contact, and client visits.
What they ask
- Proactive attitude with fluent communication and a service-oriented approach.
- MBO/HBO (vocational/higher professional education) work and thinking level.
- Driving license B and own transport.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- Knowledge of German is a plus.
- Ownership, commitment, and strong communication skills.
