Within complex cloud environments, you will support DevOps and project-specific requirements. You will maintain and take responsibility for the operational infrastructure alongside the engineering team.
What you do
- Resolve configuration and infrastructure-as-code tickets for internal projects.
- Deploy and support new components within the software stack and public cloud environments.
- Analyze complex system issues using monitoring, logging, and metrics to propose efficiency improvements.
- Implement security best practices throughout the infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT architects and engineers to optimize software stack components.
What they ask
- Master’s degree in applied IT, Industrial Sciences, or an equivalent technical field.
- 5+ years of experience with cloud applications on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience in Kubernetes environments and proficiency in writing Helm charts.
- Experience with CI/CD, configuration, and automation frameworks including Terraform, ArgoCD, Jenkins, and Packer.
- Experience in Linux native environments such as CentOS, RedHat, or Alma Linux.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for cloud environments and general ICT infrastructure solutions.
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as Docker, VMWare or OpenStack and participation in migration trajectories.
- Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
- Proactive, service-minded, and possessing strong analytical skills.
- Native in Dutch with a fluent command of English.
Nice to Haves.
- Experience with distributed processing tools like Apache Spark or Dask.
- Knowledge of Python or Golang.
- Ability to take ownership of specific software stack components.
