Business Analyst

• Support regulatory capital activities focused on RWA calculations and controls.
• Perform data extractions and analyses using Risk and Finance data sources.
• Coordinate data collection and collaborate with relevant business stakeholders.
• Contribute to RWA methodologies and monitor their implementation.
• Assess data quality and support remediation initiatives affecting capital calculations.
• Conduct functional, regulatory and process analyses across the end-to-end capital chain.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into functional specifications and implementation guidelines.
• Coordinate workstreams and governance activities, including planning, risks, dependencies, reporting and audit-readiness documentation.

What they ask

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum six years of experience in banking.
• Strong expertise in regulatory capital and RWA frameworks, including CRR/CRD and Basel.
• Proven experience in Business Analysis and PMO or coordination roles within regulatory programs.
• Solid understanding of Risk, Finance and Business processes.
• Strong data extraction and analysis capabilities using SQL or an equivalent technology.
• Ability to work independently in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Excellent documentation, structuring and communication skills.
• Fluent or good command of French. Excellent English, which is the working language.
