As an evening/night watch, you actively collaborate with clients to help them find balance in their living situation. You are a trusted point of contact for adults (18+) with an autism spectrum disorder (ASD) living in a protected residential facility. During the evening and night, you contribute to a calm, safe, and predictable living environment, ensuring residents feel heard and can count on appropriate support when needed.
You work at a location with apartments, where protected living and day activities are combined, and where residents live as independently as possible with support tailored to their needs. This residential facility for adult clients with autism offers a safe living environment where efforts are made to increase independence and self-reliance, with a focus on eventual outflow.
What you will do.
- Together with the sleep service, you are responsible for the residential facility and ensure peace and safety within the building.
- You supervise during the night and intervene where necessary.
- If necessary, you address residents, both internally and externally.
Profile
- You have an MBO level 3 diploma in healthcare.
- You have experience/affinity with mental healthcare (GGZ) and the autism target group appeals to you.
- You are responsible, flexible, enthusiastic, and decisive.
- You are social and approachable and can connect well with this target group.
Practical
- Gross monthly salary in scale 35 (€ 2,735 – € 3,560 based on 36 hours) according to the GGZ collective labor agreement.
- Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent contract.
- A good pension scheme and the possibility to purchase, for example, an (electric) bicycle or extra vacation days in a tax-friendly manner.
- 166 leave hours and 35 extra leave hours (based on full-time employment) in the form of a life-phase budget.
