People Manager

• You lead Agile & self-organizing teams to ensure the follow-up of various projects, according to agreed arrangements.
• You lead, coach, and motivate your team to ensure that set goals are achieved.
• You contribute to the general policy of the ICT department and help determine common ICT priorities.
• You work on the continuous improvement of services to your clients.
• You guarantee accessible and customer-oriented service, based on clear agreements about the services to be delivered, their Service Levels, and the costs they entail.
• You motivate your employees, distribute responsibilities in consultation with and according to the competencies of your team members, and evaluate them.
• You also determine which resources are needed to successfully complete the projects.
• You coordinate activities related to the strategic roadmap of the domain.

• You have an ICT diploma and experience in complex ICT organizations.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a people management role in a large organization or company.
• Experience with agile delivery of strategic and critical projects.
• Experience with an agile way of working is a must.
• In-depth experience with various technology stacks (Java, Low code – Outsystems, Legacy).
• Experience with AI solutions to accelerate ICT activities.
• Coaches on the job and remotely.
