This will require several complex European tenders in the coming years. The approach consists of two phases: a market exploration to determine the tendering strategy, followed by the execution of the European tenders. The scope will include at least density software and MRI services.
In addition, the candidate will guide a third European tender for radiological mammography services.
What you will do.
- Develops and conducts market consultations
- Advises on the tendering structure and contracting strategy
- Establishes an integrated tendering strategy
- Develops and monitors the tendering planning
- Monitors the mutual coherence and content consistency of tendering documents
- Facilitates decision-making
- Initiates and coordinates all activities leading to complete tendering dossiers
- Acts as a contact person for market parties during market consultations and tenders
- Ensures a careful transfer to the management and contract management organization after contracting
What they ask
- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level
- Demonstrable completed purchasing education NEVI-2 or directly comparable
- Minimum of 4 years of demonstrable work experience as a purchaser with independently executing complex European and non-European tenders at public organizations in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2012
Wishes:
- Minimum of 7 years of demonstrable work experience in managing complex European and non-European tenders in accordance with the Public Procurement Act 2012
- Demonstrable work experience with comparable purchasing processes focused on supplies and services related to radiological imaging such as MRI
- Demonstrable work experience with comparable purchasing processes focused on purchasing medical software comparable to density software
- Demonstrable work experience with comparable purchasing processes focused on radiological mammography services
