The assignment. An organization is seeking support with the delivery of a large and complex transformation program. This program involves multiple business and IT domains, delivery teams, and interconnected systems.
What you will do.
- Define and drive the overall E2E test approach across the program.
- Work closely with business representatives, IT teams, product owners, delivery leads, and test professionals throughout the organization.
- Assess the test approach and progress of the different teams.
- Challenge assumptions and ensure that individual testing activities contribute to a reliable end-to-end result.
- Where necessary, help organize test environments, resolve cross-team dependencies, and create the conditions required to execute testing successfully.

- An experienced Test Manager who combines strategic oversight with a pragmatic and hands-on mentality.
- You are not someone who manages testing exclusively through processes, meetings, and reports. You actively engage with delivery teams, ask the right questions, and are prepared to investigate issues yourself.
Profile
- Extensive experience as a Test Manager in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong experience organizing and coordinating end-to-end and chain testing.
- Experience working across multiple teams, systems, and business domains.
- The ability to oversee both the test strategy and its practical execution.
- A solid understanding of test environments, test data, and technical dependencies.
- Experience working at the intersection of business and IT.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with large-scale transformation programs.
- Experience within complex organizations with critical operational processes is considered an advantage.
- Fluent English is essential; Dutch-speaking candidates are preferred, but highly experienced English-speaking professionals will also be considered.
