Spatial Coach Environmental Plan

You play a central role in the transition to a municipal environmental plan.
- You work with the Environmental Plan project team on the municipal environmental plan.
- You contribute to the process and content.
- You are part of the Steering Team as a process coordinator and the connecting link between the steering team and the internal department.
- You support the completion of the first area-specific conversion.
- You contribute to the second area-specific change, including the process, organizational involvement, and drafting legal rules.
- You coordinate the various changes to the environmental plan from the department.
- You monitor planning, technology, and publication.
- Together with the steering team, you ensure clarity on working with environmental plans, for example by drawing up handbooks and working methods.
- You contribute to the development of colleagues and the quality of the department, for example by guiding less experienced employees and sharing knowledge within the organization.
- You function well in a team, have a hands-on mentality, and immediately add value in a dynamic work environment.

What they ask
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the last 10 years in the role of spatial coach and/or legal planner.
- Demonstrable work experience with the Environmental Act and environmental plans.
- Demonstrable work experience working in a governmental context.
- The 'Bring Your Own Device' principle applies; the candidate uses their own IT resources (laptop, phone, and associated accessories) for the execution of the assignment.
- Candidate agrees to the stated secondment conditions.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable completed education at minimum HBO bachelor level.
- Demonstrable work experience with coordination and improvement of work processes of the Spatial Planning department.
- Demonstrable work experience with municipal environmental plans and/or amendment plans.
- Demonstrable work experience in the last 10 years with Roxit.
- Demonstrable work experience in the last 10 years in the role of spatial coach and/or legal planner.
