Site Manager

A leading player in the automotive sector, specializing in the sale and service of various car brands, is looking for a Site Manager.

• The organization offers a wide range of vehicles, both new and used, and focuses on both private and business customers.
• You will be responsible for leading the daily activities of a branch and ensuring that it meets the highest quality standards and that customers receive the best service.

What you will do.

• Manage various teams of sales advisors, service advisors, and technicians, ensuring they perform their duties professionally and efficiently.
• Lead the daily activities of the branch, including sales, service, maintenance, and administration.
• Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate the activities of the different departments to ensure the branch operates efficiently and meets the highest quality standards.
• Plan and execute sales and marketing activities to stimulate sales.
• Manage the financial performance of the branch and ensure healthy profitability.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve the branch's performance.
• Lead and coach the team, including conducting performance and appraisal interviews.
• Monitor KPIs and adjust where necessary.
• Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure optimal branch performance.

• Minimum a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent through experience.
• Demonstrable experience in a similar role as a site manager.

• Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
