A Packaging Operator is sought for a leading pharmaceutical company for day shift. You will join a stable, collegial work environment with room for development. This is a leading international pharmaceutical company that has been producing high-quality medicines for over 25 years in a state-of-the-art facility. The team consists of approximately 165 employees, and there is an informal, multicultural work atmosphere. There is a lot of freedom in the execution of duties.
What you will do.
- Responsible for the smooth running of part of the production process
- Accurately follow procedures
- Set up machines, convert them, and intervene in case of deviations
- Monitor quality and safety
- Independently resolve malfunctions
- Perform technical inspections and maintenance
- Coach colleagues on the line
- Contribute to process improvements
- Ensure correct implementation of the quality policy
- Be alert to the condition of machines and the final product
Profile
- MBO 3 level (equivalent to vocational education level 3)
- Some experience as an Operator
- Knowledge of machines and packaging processes
- Knowledge of PLC system is a plus
- Operation of (electric) pallet truck is a plus
- Good command of the Dutch language
