This assignment involves a role as a functional expert for UKG Workforce Management within an organization. You will ensure that the solution complies with Belgian social legislation, collective labor agreements, and operational needs.
What you will do.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve functional issues within UKG, with particular attention to anomalies impacting time management, payroll, or manual processing.
- Support the implementation partner in configuring and optimizing UKG to ensure reliable time management and optimal support for payroll processes.
- Reduce manual processing by optimizing processes, improving configurations, and defining clear management rules.
- Optimize and secure interfaces between UKG, SD Worx, SAP SuccessFactors, and PeopleForce, in close collaboration with HR, HRIS, IT teams, and external partners.
- Test and validate new configurations and solutions with key users to ensure successful deployment.
- Support end-users, share best practices, and ensure knowledge transfer within the organization.
- Draft functional documentation, management rules, and training materials to sustain UKG expertise internally.
Profile
- Proven expertise in UKG Workforce Management and time management systems.
- Good knowledge of payroll processes and the impact of time management on salary processing.
- Experience in an industrial environment or another complex operational organization.
- Analytical, solution-oriented, and able to connect business, HR, and IT.
- Excellent communication skills and able to unite stakeholders at different organizational levels.
- Fluent in French and English.
