As an HR Partner, you are the first point of contact for managers on operational HR matters.
- You support them in daily HR practice and ensure that personnel issues are handled quickly, practically, and carefully.
- You are visible within the organization, know what is happening on the shop floor, and translate HR policy into workable solutions for daily operations.
- You work closely with managers, HR specialists, Recruitment, and other HR colleagues within an organization focused on sustainability and circularity.
- The focus is on operational support, absenteeism guidance, personnel issues, and relieving managers of their daily tasks.
What you do
- Act as the first point of contact for operational HR issues within your region.
- Support managers on topics such as absenteeism, performance, performance management, and personnel development.
- Guide and advise on absenteeism files within the self-management model.
- Support the inflow, progression, and outflow of employees.
- Coach managers in the execution of their HR responsibilities.
- Identify bottlenecks within teams and advise on appropriate solutions.
- Apply and explain HR policy within operations.
- Support the implementation of HR projects and change initiatives.
- Ensure correct follow-up of HR processes and agreements.
What they ask
- A completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in HRM.
- Experience in an operational HR role, for example as an HR Advisor, HR Officer, HR Partner, or similar.
- Experience with absenteeism guidance and advising managers.
- Independent, practical, and able to switch quickly between different topics.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment with operational employees and teams.
- Strong communication skills and able to easily connect with employees and managers.
