- Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or Industrial Engineering
- 10-15+ years of experience in construction and infrastructure projects
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and complex project environments
- Fluent Dutch speaker
