Guiding young people (12-23 years) with serious behavioral problems and their families.

What you do
- Independently conduct intakes, diagnostics, and treatments within the Youth care line.
- Perform diagnostics for possible underlying systemic developmental problems or other psychopathology.
- Conduct individual sessions with young people, parents, and network partners (school, counselors).
- Participate weekly in multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Act as primary therapist for own treatments and sometimes for colleagues' cases.
- Propose improvements for the content and quality of care (innovation and development).
- Opportunity to engage in secondary tasks.
Profile
- Completed Healthcare Psychologist (GZ-psycholoog) training or Generalist Orthopedagogue training.
- Affinity and/or experience with the forensic target group. Internal training available for those new to forensic work.
- Experience with conducting intakes and drawing up treatment plans, preferably also with risk assessments.
- Ability to connect, act with integrity, and de-escalate situations.
- Residing in the West Friesland region is a plus due to expansion of activities.
Practical
- Salary between € 5,294.00 and € 6,918.00 (FWG 65) in accordance with the GGZ collective labor agreement.
- Full thirteenth month, 8.33% holiday pay, and pension accrual with PFZW.
- 201 leave hours and the option to purchase additional leave annually.
- Permanent employment contract after a fixed-term contract.
- Annual balance budget of € 1,000.00 and an individual training budget.
- Internal training, professional development, and intensive work supervision.
