What you do
- Responsible for carrying out mutation maintenance on homes and buildings
- Working independently based on work orders
- Rectifying various construction defects
- Visiting different locations and completing every job professionally, neatly, and to satisfaction
- Being the point of contact on site, thinking in solutions, and delivering quality
- Repairing and replacing frames, doors
- Repairing hardware
- Independently performing service and maintenance work in occupied homes or utility buildings
- Rectifying damages, leaks, malfunctions, or sticking doors
- Repairing or replacing doors, windows, skirting boards, and other carpentry work
- Processing digital work orders and smartly planning your workday
- Communicating with residents and supervisors on site
- Neatly completing every job and taking care of your own materials and tools
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a carpenter or service carpenter
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Experience with large-scale projects
- Possession of own work van
- Possession of own hand and power tools
- Possession of VCA VOL certificate and liability insurance
- Representative and customer-oriented attitude
