To demonstrate the correct functioning of a newly implemented CIAM solution, a government organization is looking for an (end-to-end) tester. The tester is responsible for drafting and further developing test scenarios with which the entire chain (portal, access service, CIAM solution, CRM...) can be systematically tested and checked for correct operation. When drawing up the scenarios, not only the happy, but also unhappy flows must be determined.
The tester will also have to perform the tests and record and share the results. To perform regression tests, where possible and relevant, the tests must be automated. The tester must therefore also have knowledge and experience with automation tools such as Cypress or Robotframework. The tester contributes ideas to and advises the project team, gathers information from stakeholders, and proactively shares results to increase the quality and efficiency of the CIAM solution implementation.
The goal is also to work in an agile manner, so the tester will iteratively develop and go through the scenarios. The tester will work closely with the core team, the Project Manager, and other related teams. For the specific processes and details of the CIAM solution, the tester will also independently engage with the CIAM vendor's team and relevant stakeholders within the organization. The tester will also work closely with the product owners and developers/testers of the Scrum teams.
Communication at various organizational levels and with stakeholders will be an important aspect of the role, with the individual being one of the few full-time members of the project team, thus ensuring continuity and accessibility. All of this takes place in an agile work environment.

What they ask
- The candidate is fluent in Dutch, both written and spoken
- Completed (bachelor) HBO education or higher
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a test analyst or tester
- Minimum 1 year of experience with performing regression and integration tests of CIAM solutions
- Minimum 2 years of experience at similar (government) institutions in the current function
Preferences.
