As an HR Consultant, you will work in-house at a food company, where you will be the connecting link between flexible employees, managers, and HR processes. What you do
- You are the fixed point of contact for flexible employees and guide them throughout their employment.
- You ensure careful onboarding and support employees with questions about their work, development, and deployability.
- You draw up contracts, process mutations, and maintain correct HR administration.
- You liaise daily with managers about staffing, planning, and HR-related issues.
- You conduct discussions about well-being, engagement, and development and encourage employees to get the best out of themselves.
- You identify opportunities for improvement within HR processes and translate these into concrete actions on the shop floor.
What they ask
- You have an MBO 4 or HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in HRM or a similar field.
- Experience with onboarding, contract management, or personnel administration is a plus, but not a must.
- You communicate easily and professionally in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
- You possess a B driving license and your own transport.
- You work proactively and structured, take responsibility, and maintain an overview even during busy periods.
