A vibrant sports association with nearly 1,000 members. The clubhouse is the beating heart of the association: a place where players, parents, supporters, and visitors gather before and after training sessions and matches. To further professionalize the operation of the clubhouse, we are looking for an enthusiastic, entrepreneurial, and hands-on clubhouse manager who can independently manage the daily organization.
We are looking for someone with hospitality experience who enjoys organizing, leading people, and has an eye for quality, conviviality, and profitability.
What you will do.
- Ensure smooth hospitality operations and monitor the cleanliness, hygiene, maintenance, and general appearance of the clubhouse.
- Manage the planning of student workers, guide them, and provide necessary supervision on the work floor.
- Organize orders, manage stock, and maintain contacts with suppliers and service providers.
- Monitor turnover, costs, and margins, check cash register closings, and actively contribute to profitability discussions.
- Handle practical coordination with local authorities and other involved parties.
- Take initiative to make operations more efficient, improve services, and develop new hospitality initiatives.
You will work closely with the board but will have the autonomy to organize daily operations independently.

Experience with financial management or hospitality exploitation is a strong asset. Experience within a sports association is a plus, but not a requirement. More important than your diploma are your experience, sense of responsibility, and enthusiasm.
