As an HR consultant, you are the point of contact for clients in the region. You work with various municipalities and educational institutions. You build lasting relationships, contribute ideas on personnel issues, and ensure that both clients and flexible employees receive optimal support. No day is the same; you participate in client visits, conduct performance reviews with flexible employees, and draw up contracts.
In addition, you perform light recruitment activities, such as approaching candidates from talent pools.
