Guidance of clients with psychological vulnerabilities and/or addiction backgrounds towards sustainable employment. You work independently within a dedicated team and collaborate with a treatment team from a healthcare organization.
What you do
- Conducting intake interviews and determining the appropriate reintegration trajectory with the client
- Coaching clients and preparing them for the labor market
- Acting as a central point of contact between clients, employers, municipalities, UWV, therapists, and family/network
- Reporting clearly and completely, and meticulously maintaining administration
What they ask
- Completed HBO (higher professional education) degree and experience in reintegration or job coaching
- Ability to organize your work independently and maintain an overview
- Experience with labor market approach and building sustainable employer contacts
- Strong analytical skills: you see what someone can do and what still needs to be developed
- A positive Certificate of Conduct (VOG) is required
