What you will do.
- Operate and monitor various production installations within the process
- Set up and control coating installations, drying ovens, and screen printing machines
- Prepare, finish, and package products according to established quality standards
- Perform quality controls and report deviations in a timely manner
- Manage internal goods flows with the forklift
- Move materials and parts with the overhead crane
- Actively support planned maintenance work on the installations
- Contribute to improvements within the production process
- Help ensure a safe, orderly, and efficient working environment
- Become increasingly versatile within different parts of the department after your training
Profile
- A diploma in technical secondary education or relevant experience within a production environment
- A strong interest in technology and process installations
- You enjoy thoroughly understanding machines and processes
- You are energized by solving technical problems
- You work accurately and have an eye for quality
- You are motivated to learn various tasks and installations
- Experience with a forklift or overhead crane is a plus, but training is possible
- You feel comfortable in a production environment where technology and craftsmanship come together
Practical
- Basic salary between €17 and €19 per hour, supplemented with attractive shift bonuses
- Interim contract with a view to permanent employment
