Assessment Psychologist

An organization is looking to expand its flexible team due to growing activities. You will independently conduct assessments and translate findings into clear and actionable advice. You will work closely with colleagues and make an important contribution to the quality and continuity of services.

What you will do.

  • Independently conduct selection, development, and career assessments.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and feedback sessions.
  • Prepare clear, high-quality reports.
  • Advise candidates, managers, and clients on talent and development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the assessment team to ensure consistent quality.
  • Conduct assessments on-site at the client's location where necessary.

Profile

  • Experienced assessment psychologist who can work independently and quickly find their way in new assignments.
  • Strong analytical skills, easily writes reports, and guides candidates in a pleasant and professional manner.

What they ask

  • Completed university degree in Work & Organizational Psychology.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an assessment psychologist.
  • Experience with assessments for professionals, managers, and executives.
  • Strong oral and written skills in Dutch.
  • Short-term availability.
