Project Coordinator Installation Technology

You coordinate various technical preparatory and executive activities within mechanical engineering projects. Your tasks include, among others:

• Supporting project teams with the technical coordination of mechanical engineering work.
• Preparing project documentation, such as drawings, specifications, and technical descriptions.
• Coordinating with project management, engineering, and execution to ensure a good translation from design to implementation.
• Identifying bottlenecks in design and execution and proactively reporting them back to involved disciplines.
• Monitoring schedules, materials, and necessary data for effective project execution.
• Coordinating and monitoring workflows between internal disciplines and external partners.
• Contributing to construction meetings and project meetings by providing technical input.
• Ensuring correct documentation, mutations, and technical changes in systems and files.

• Has a completed MBO4 or HBO degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Has experience in a coordinating or preparatory role within utility construction or mechanical engineering projects.
• Can effectively switch between technical, planning, and organizational tasks.
• Is a strong communicator and can collaborate effectively with different disciplines and teams.
• Acts proactively and identifies risks in a timely manner to prevent subsequent problems.
• Has a practical and solution-oriented work attitude.
