• You are not a specialist in one area of Facility Management, but use your broad experience to quickly assess situations and approach issues from multiple perspectives.

• You combine decisiveness with a sense of relationships.
• Through experience, you know which questions to ask to get to the core, can advise, connect, and provide direction, and are practical enough to ensure things are actually realized.
• You possess broad facility experience and understand the coherence between different components of facility services.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant facility work experience, for example as a facility manager, facility consultant, or in a comparable responsible role.
• Preferably, a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Facility Management; extensive, broad, and relevant facility work experience can compensate for this.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with soft services, such as cleaning, security, catering, and hospitality.
• Experience with hard services, such as technology and building management, is a significant plus.

• Your manager acts as a sparring partner for your assignments and development.
