What you do
- Fulfill an important role within the multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Be involved in diagnostics, indication setting, and treatment of clients with diverse psychological problems.
- Focus on the person behind the request for help.
- Contribute to developing appropriate treatment plans.
- Take an active role as lead therapist and treatment coordinator in the substantive direction of treatment and quality of care.
- Work closely with colleagues from various disciplines.
- Provide substantive guidance where necessary.
- Contribute to an open and learning work culture.
- Encourage clients to take control of their own recovery process from a recovery-oriented vision.
- Support colleagues in further developing their professional skills.
- Be involved in policy discussions and contribute to the further development of the treatment team and the organization.
- Opportunity to transfer knowledge and experience to psychologists in training and other healthcare professionals within a training environment.
Profile
- BIG-registered GZ-psychologist.
- Relevant work experience within mental healthcare.
- Able to work independently while actively seeking collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.
- Recovery-oriented vision and thinking in possibilities.
- Open to an in-depth discussion about career, ambitions, and development opportunities.
