You will work as a technical supervisor on a temporary or project basis for various housing corporations. One assignment requires a sharp technical eye, while another demands strong communication with residents, contractors, and colleagues. You will have the opportunity to develop yourself further and gain experience with diverse organizations.
What you do
- Perform pre-inspections, interim inspections, and final inspections, and assess the technical condition of homes
- Guide and control daily maintenance and repair work
- Monitor quality, planning, progress, and agreements made with contractors
- Maintain contact with tenants and ensure technical issues are addressed clearly and carefully
- Identify recurring technical problems and propose improvements
- Liaise between different interests and parties within the organization, keeping both the property and the resident in mind

- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience as a supervisor, inspector, or a comparable role within the housing corporation sector
- A relevant MBO-4 or HBO degree, for example in Construction, Real Estate, or a similar field
- Knowledge of daily maintenance, housing inspections, and working with contractors
- Strong communication skills and the ability to easily switch between residents, suppliers, contractors
- Organizationally sensitive: you understand that each organization works differently and can adapt well to it
- Flexible and find it interesting to get to know different organizations and working methods
Desired.
- Experience with maintenance systems, condition measurements, multi-year maintenance plans (MJOP/MJOB), or relevant laws and regulations within the housing corporation sector

- A gross monthly salary ranging from €3,998 to €5,733
