Agile Transformation Coach

This assignment is for an experienced Agile Transformation Coach with strong expertise in large-scale IT and organizational transformation. The consultant will support a complex IT organization in assessing its Agile maturity, defining the transformation roadmap, strengthening governance and the operating model, and coaching Agile Coaches and senior management toward sustainable Agile ways of working.

What you will do.

• Perform Agile maturity assessments at team, management, and organizational levels.
• Analyze current Agile ways of working, IT governance, and collaboration with Architecture, Security, and Portfolio Management.
• Identify gaps, risks, and priority improvement areas.
• Define and prioritize an actionable Agile transformation roadmap.
• Translate digital strategy into concrete IT transformation initiatives.
• Support the design of the Target Operating Model.
• Define roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and Agile governance principles.
• Develop KPIs, OKRs, maturity indicators, and success criteria to measure transformation progress and value.
• Coach and mentor the existing Agile Coaching Team.
• Strengthen Agile Coaches' capabilities in organizational change, stakeholder management, and systemic coaching.
• Coach and challenge IT management on Agile Leadership.
• Facilitate management workshops and complex transformation discussions.
• Ensure sustainable knowledge transfer and continuous improvement.
