The communications team of an organization helps engage with key audiences to build understanding and trust. This is a global team with colleagues on multiple continents, across all of the organization's major locations. The team brings its experience and expertise to enable the organization to operate, grow, and adapt; to strengthen its reputation; and to empower more of its leaders to communicate.

We are looking for a communications project leader to help drive and coordinate delivery, and who explicitly aspires to transition into a communicator role within the next few years. As a project leader, you will be part of an internal Strategy, Insights & Operations team.

  • You own the project plan and the delivery of results.
  • You understand and apply industry standards for project management (adapted to the comms function) and are able to lead others on the project.
  • Project timelines are typically 3–6 months, with generally 1–3 FTE resources and often external suppliers involved.
  • You build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including regional communications colleagues, internal customers, and external partners to ensure successful program delivery.
  • As a member of the Strategy, Insights & Operations team, you play an active role in furthering the maturity of the comms function through improvement and change projects on the topics of Strategy, Insights, Operations, and Governance.
