Responsible for the coordination, follow-up, and realization of strategic construction and infrastructure projects.
- Working within a public and heritage-oriented environment.
- Ensuring that projects are executed correctly from a technical, administrative, and financial perspective.
- A coordinating and technical role, guiding projects from design to delivery.
What you will do.
- Be the central point of contact for the technical aspects of assigned projects.
- Coordinate collaboration between clients, designers, engineering firms, contractors, and other partners.
- Follow up on projects from design, permit, and tender to execution, delivery, and aftercare.
- Monitor planning, budget, quality, and deadlines.
- Prepare tender documents and follow up on procedures and offers.
- Participate in site meetings and ensure clear reporting and follow-up.
Profile
- Technical education in civil engineering, infrastructure, architecture, electromechanics, or equivalent through experience.
- Experience with the follow-up of construction or infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of site supervision, tender documents, and project administration.
- Experience with public procurement is a strong asset.
- Work structured and maintain an overview of planning, budget, and quality.
- Communicate fluently with internal stakeholders, contractors, designers, and engineering firms.
- Solution-oriented and contribute ideas on technical feasibility, maintenance, operation, and sustainability.
- Fluent in Dutch, both spoken and written.
