Timetable Planner
You will be the architect of the educational process within a school community. You will develop and maintain the basic timetable and play a crucial role in supporting staffing. You will work in the student administration and timetable department, in a diverse team including administrative staff, pedagogical caretakers, and an application manager. You will report to the senior advisor of the Student Office and Timetabling.
What you will do.
- Guide the process for developing an annual timetable plan and translate educational plans into a workable periodic and annual timetable.
- Configure timetable software for optimal staffing management and ensure the collection, processing, and monitoring of data for implementation.
- Functionally manage timetable software, including maintaining links with other systems and ensuring authorizations and privacy (GDPR) are in order.
- Act as the pivot between management, teachers, and deans, advising on the timetable technical feasibility of new policies and resolving bottlenecks.
- Serve as a backup for the daily timetable planner for daily, weekly, test, and activity timetables.

- Experience with Zermelo; a completed Zermelo timetable planner training is a strong plus.
