In an educational institution, growing up begins with small discoveries. As a teacher of a kindergarten group, you work together with colleagues in a warm team where diversity is a strength and children learn through play.
What you do
- Guide young children (group 1-2) in their small and large discoveries
- Shape themes together with the children and bring them to life in play corners and on the learning square
- Respond to children's needs with play, stories
- Utilize the diverse languages and backgrounds in the group as a learning opportunity
- Collaborate with colleagues on themes, ideas
- Supervise an LIO intern and share your knowledge and experience
What they ask
- Pabo diploma (primary education teacher training), preferably with experience in group 1-2
- Affinity with young children and an environment with different languages and backgrounds
- Provide calm, structure
- Willingness to work from a trauma-sensitive approach or to follow training on this
- Ability to build a warm, trusting relationship with children and parents
- Actively contribute to the team and the development of kindergarten education
