Project Leader Participation Assignment Energy Transition

GelderlandHybrid10 hours/week<3months

The energy transition affects us all. A public organization is working with the local community towards sustainable energy. Participation and clear communication are therefore integral parts of all projects in this program. The goal is to understand what residents, businesses, associations, and institutions are concerned about, so they can be supported in making their homes or buildings more sustainable.

The energy transition is increasingly dynamic, with professional stakeholders wanting and being able to play a larger role in its implementation. A tender was completed for an assignment to find a way to accelerate and implement the energy transition together with these stakeholders. This approach ensures that a broad group of partners becomes involved in the next phase of this transition. The assignment has been awarded to an external party, which largely handles the implementation.

As a project leader, you will guide this project on behalf of the public organization.

What you do

  • Ensuring sufficient support within the organization so that various departments contribute and are involved in this new form of participation.
  • Identifying shared interests and gathering needs.
  • Collaborating with the external party to organize the 'Energy Day' and the 'Doetank', inviting (external) stakeholders.
  • Bringing the 'Doetank' initiative to a new phase with the external party (professional stakeholders are co-responsible for the concept).
