The candidate will work in the planning department of a large organization.
- The goal is for planning to take place in a new system starting from period 3 (February 2027).
- The department consists of approximately 65 employees.
- The team comprises planners, senior planners, operational managers, capacity management advisors, and a team leader.
- A project is underway to implement a new staff planning system, while the old system is still operational.
What you will do.
- Provide support to planners in their daily work.
- Perform data entry tasks in the new system or execute planning in the old system (BVCM), depending on the project status.
- Receive guidance from the project group, operational managers, and senior planners.
Profile
- You enjoy planning.
- You advise on how things can be done more efficiently.
- Curious by nature.
- Execution-oriented mindset.
- Asks good questions when the assignment is unclear.
What they ask
- Minimum of two years of planning experience.
- Providing multiple valid references is a mandatory part of the selection procedure.
- The candidate agrees to the stated secondment conditions.
Preferences.
- Experience with Quintiq, BVCM, or several other planning systems is a strong plus.
Practical
