What you do
As an Intercedent, you are daily involved in connecting clients and candidates.
- You start the day with a team meeting where priorities are discussed.
- You contact clients to inquire about the well-being of the placed employees.
- You plan client visits and work on strengthening relationships and discovering new opportunities.
- You visit workplaces to guide flexible workers and answer their questions.
- You handle administrative tasks and track progress in systems.
- You work closely with colleagues and receive support where needed.
Profile
We are looking for an energetic and flexible Intercedent who enjoys varied days and likes to build relationships with clients and candidates.
