Social Media & Brand Marketeer

An organization is looking for an enthusiastic Social Media & Brand Marketeer to strengthen the online presence of their products. The role involves not only planning and briefings but also creating, posting, testing, networking, and initiating actions independently.

What you will do.

• Manage and grow social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Conceive, create, and publish TikToks, Reels, Stories, and posts.
• Spot trends and quickly translate them into relevant content.
• Develop, set up, and follow up collaborations with influencers and content creators.
• Create online and offline content and communication material, such as social visuals, photography, video, posters, flyers, and POS material.
• Contribute to creative marketing actions for hospitality, beverage distributors, retail, and consumers, including sampling, in-store activations, and brand partnerships.
• Occasionally participate in field activations to bring conceived actions to life.

What they ask

• Enthusiasm is at least as important as years of experience.
• Preferably an education in Marketing, Communication, Digital Media, or similar.
• Creative, hands-on, and fully up-to-date with social media, influencers, and content creators.
• A sense for brands, image, and design, and energized by trying out new ideas.
• Ability to create content independently using tools like Canva and/or Adobe.
• Enjoy working autonomously, taking initiative, and not always waiting for a briefing.
• Fluent in Dutch.
• Good knowledge of French is a strong plus to address consumers across Belgium.
• Both several years of experience and a strong portfolio/personal project/social account (for recent graduates) can be convincing.
