All round Procurement Advisor

As an All-round Procurement Advisor, you will work closely with project leaders and/or contract managers within a government organization. You will guide tenders and provide broad advice on the procurement of services and supplies, with a focus on facility management and ICT. This assignment concerns a temporary replacement, and you will work with a team of procurement advisors.

What you will do.

• Guide tenders for specific equipment and office furniture.
• Conduct European, National, and/or multiple private tenders.
• Identify, anticipate, and advise on client needs regarding contracted services.

What they ask

• Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
• Demonstrable completed NEVI I Public Procurement education or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of demonstrable work experience in the past 6 years with procurement and tendering of supplies and services within the ICT and Facility domain at a government institution.

Preferences.

• Demonstrable completed NEVI II Public Procurement education or equivalent.
• Demonstrable completed public procurement law education.
• Concise motivation with concrete examples of the qualities needed to successfully execute the assignment.
• Demonstrable work experience as a Procurement Advisor in the ICT and Facility domain at a government institution.
