An organization is looking for a Scrum Master/Functional Analyst for an Agile team. The domain consists of multiple agile teams, of which this 8-person team builds and maintains applications for invoice corrections within the billing process, including corrections of attestations to members and 3rd party billing. You will work on challenging projects, such as developing new functionality for member invoice corrections. You can use existing AI agents to support your analysis work or create new AI agents if needed.
What you will do.
- Lead an agile team (8 people) as Scrum Master
- Perform business/functional analyses within an agile team
- Coordinate with product owners, BU experts
- Assist in/create user stories
- Develop the functional analysis based on user stories
- Organize sprint planning, sprint review, demo, and daily standup
Profile
- Experienced analyst (medior/senior) with sufficient technical background
- Able to work in a functionally and technically complex environment
- Able to maintain an overall overview while also performing very detailed analyses
- Familiar with leading Agile teams
- Familiar with working with AI agents to support analysis work
- Able to explain complex matters simply and clearly
Language skills.
- Full proficiency in one of the two national languages (NL or FR) (reading, speaking, writing)
- Good knowledge (fluent understanding and reading) of the other national language
