Internal Supervisor Quality Coordinator

• Contribute to educational policy and coach teachers.
• Make a significant contribution to educational development and professionalization.
• Form the school's support team together with management and behavioral experts.
• Analyze care activities, test results, and student and group discussions, and develop didactic learning pathways based on these.
• Consult with coordinators of partner schools regarding the educational offering and collaboration among colleagues.
• Maintain contact with colleagues, parents/guardians, aid organizations, and/or specialists to discuss support questions and achieve solutions/results.
• Conduct classroom visits independently and/or together with the behavioral expert / director.
• Lead student and group discussions and empower teachers in this process.
• Actively contribute to developing policy on the educational offering.

• Expressive in communication and able to convey expertise in a coaching manner.
• Able to coordinate and collaborate on the quality of the offering.
• Possesses self-knowledge and the ability to reflect.
• Can derive analyses from results and formulate appropriate goals.
• Visible in the school and easily approachable.
• Flexible and able to handle unexpected situations and questions.
• Willing to join the internal training for KC-er provided by the organization.

What they ask

• In possession of a PABO diploma, supplemented with an IB training or Master SEN.
• Several years of experience as an internal supervisor or quality coordinator.
• Enjoys taking on a pioneering role.
• Critical and connecting. Dares to ask questions, names what can be improved, and provides constructive feedback focused on joint development.
• Familiar with the Explicit Direct Instruction model.
