The program aims to keep children in their familiar environment, maintaining their school and network. You will work in a multidisciplinary team of pedagogical staff and a team leader. What you will do.
- Perform diagnostics and assessment processes, including intake interviews and (psycho)diagnostic research.
- Establish appropriate diagnoses and determine the correct treatment direction.
- Translate research results into clear, directly usable advice and identify risks in a timely manner.
- Accurately record findings to ensure the quality of file documentation.
- Develop and implement effective assistance plans and treatments.
- Actively involve parents, foster parents, and other caregivers at every step of the treatment process.
- Closely monitor progress and adjust treatment strategies when necessary.
- Advise colleagues and chain partners concretely and expertly on diagnostics, treatment, and guidance.
- Actively contribute to multidisciplinary consultations and decisions.
- Maintain contact with municipalities and chain partners to coordinate care efforts.
- Actively follow developments within youth care and mental health.
- Initiate or conduct practice-oriented and, depending on your level, scientific research.
- Develop and improve interventions, treatment programs, and guidelines.
Profile
- Completed university Master's degree in Psychology.
- Quality registration with SKJ.
- Diagnostic endorsement.
- Experience in complex upbringing environments.
- Availability on Mondays and willingness to perform on-call duties.
- Solution-oriented, stress-resistant, and able to take charge.
- Remain calm and reflective, even when tensions run high.
- Value building strong relationships.
