We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to contribute to the ongoing evolution of a wealth management platform. The Solution Architect will play a key role in ensuring architectural consistency, technical governance, and alignment across multiple development squads. The main objective is to simplify and optimize the existing architecture while improving the platform's maintainability, scalability, and autonomy.
What you do
- Ensure architectural consistency and alignment across multiple development squads
- Lead and facilitate Architecture Chapter meetings, promoting technical standards and best practices
- Support Technical Leads and development teams in making architectural decisions
- Analyze the existing architecture and identify opportunities to improve maintainability, performance
- Rationalize and consolidate microservices to reduce technical complexity and simplify operations, hosting, testing
- Design, simplify, and standardize APIs and integration mechanisms
- Document architectural decisions, evaluate technical alternatives, and identify potential trade-offs
- Collaborate closely with developers, Technical Leads, Business Analysts, and business stakeholders
- Reduce external dependencies and improve the platform's technical and functional autonomy
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and long-term evolution of the platform
What they ask
- Strong experience in software development within the Microsoft.NET ecosystem, ideally 10+ years
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, ideally 3-5 years or more
- Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and API architecture
- Experience in analyzing, simplifying, and modernizing complex existing architectures
- Good knowledge of containerization, DevOps practices, and cloud environments
- Ability to challenge technical decisions and propose pragmatic, scalable, and maintainable solutions
- Experience working across multiple development teams or squads
- Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance technical requirements, business needs, and long-term architectural objectives
- Fluent in French and English (both required)
Technical environment.
- Backend Development: C# /.NET Core, Entity Framework, Microservices architecture
- Architecture & API Design: REST APIs / OpenAPI, AsyncAPI / TypeSpec, ArchiMate / UML, Enterprise Architect
- Cloud & DevOps: Microsoft Azure DevOps, Docker / Kubernetes, Helm, CI/CD
- Data & Messaging: PostgreSQL, Apache Kafka
- Testing: NUnit / xUnit
Nice to Have.
- Experience with architectural governance and Architecture Chapters
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture methodologies and modeling tools

- A hands-on, pragmatic, and technically strong Solution Architect who can combine architectural vision with a deep understanding of software development
- Comfortable working with multiple squads, challenging existing architectural decisions, and driving improvements across a complex software platform
- A cross-functional Solution Architect position, not simply a Senior.NET Developer or Technical Lead role
