Due to temporary scarcity, a government organization is looking for reinforcement in handling objection cases.

What you will do.

Independently handle objection procedures in accordance with the General Administrative Law Act.
Substantive assessment of objections and files.
Prepare and conduct hearings, by phone or at the office.
Draft legally correct and carefully reasoned objection decisions.
The assignment primarily focuses on objection cases against Wet open overheid (Woo) decisions and occasionally against General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) decisions.

Profile

Experienced administrative law objection handler who independently handles objection procedures within the public domain.
Responsible for the complete handling of Woo objection cases.
Legal point of contact within the objection process.
Good communication skills.
Decisive and flexible.
Analytical ability and capacity for judgment and advice.
Can handle resistance, remains professional but customer-oriented.

What they ask

Minimum a completed WO Master's degree in Law.
Minimum 3 years of work experience with objection handling within administrative law, gained in the past 5 years.
Minimum 3 years of work experience with Woo objection cases, gained in the past 5 years.
Minimum 3 years of work experience, in which you had to independently draft objection decisions, gained in the past 5 years.
