Profile
- Experienced HBO-level nurse.
- Completed management training (HBO level) or willingness to follow it.
- A role model for colleagues, frequently asked for advice.
- Proficient in coaching, guiding, and functionally directing.
- Hands-on mentality and flexible.
- Ability to put things into perspective and resilient.
