Solution Architect Service Management
A government organization is transitioning to Service-Oriented Working (SGW), Enterprise Service Management (ESM), and a more mature SIAM operating model. There is a need for an experienced solution architect to guide the future design of service delivery and connect strategy, processes, data, information provision, and technology. The architect supports the further development of service delivery, SIAM, ESM, and CMDB/CSDM, and designs solutions for complex change initiatives.
A significant focus is on integration issues between internal teams, suppliers, processes, and systems. The architect also ensures coherence between architectural frameworks, governance, service delivery, and the implementation of new ITIL processes. The assignment explicitly focuses on designing the SIAM solution and guiding the further setup of the service management landscape.
The architect acts as a sparring partner for management, product owners, architects, and teams, and actively contributes to the development of future-proof service delivery.
