In a clinic for continued psychiatric treatment, you will work with clients with complex issues within an open or closed setting. You are there every moment that counts. Based on the SRH vision (Systematic Rehabilitation-Oriented Action) and positive health, you help clients progress, step by step.
What you will do.
- You provide 24-hour care, guidance, and treatment.
- You participate in multidisciplinary consultations.
- You monitor and adjust treatment goals.
- As a personal supervisor, you are the main point of contact for your clients.
- You work recovery-oriented and always look for possibilities.
Profile
You will work in a department, part of a clinic for continued adult treatment. The department consists of 9 groups with 90 clients. You will join a committed team where there is room for your ideas, professional growth, and job satisfaction. You can work within one of three teams:
- Team 1-2-3 (Closed groups): Here you provide intensive care and treatment to clients with a dual diagnosis (DD), where addiction and psychiatry are closely intertwined. CRA, SRH, structure, and supervision.
- Team 4-5-6 (Closed groups): Within these groups, you provide intensive care and treatment to clients with a severe psychiatric disorder (SPD), often in combination with other conditions such as addiction. The setting requires structure, clarity, and intensive guidance.
- Team 7-8-Erica (Open groups): In these departments, you guide clients with severe psychiatric disorders within a setting with more freedom of movement. The focus is on recovery, self-direction, and working according to the concept of Positive Health.
You will work in a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, supervisors, a movement therapist in training, and social workers. Together, you continuously assess: what does this client need now? Sometimes this means thinking outside the box. And you get that freedom! Together we will see which group/team suits you best.
