Group Supervisor

As a group supervisor within a healthcare organization, you will have the opportunity to further develop yourself in mental healthcare (GGZ). You will manage your own schedule and get to know various departments and specialisms. You will work with dedicated colleagues to provide crucial care to vulnerable clients.

What you will do.

• Guide, stimulate, and motivate clients in daily living activities and social activities.
• Provide a professional contribution to the treatment of various target groups within mental healthcare.
• Observe and evaluate clients, and provide care that fits within the treatment plan.
• Support teams where the continuity of care is under pressure.
• Actively contribute to the permanent team based on broad experience, knowledge, and professionalism.
• Be deployable across various departments, with a preference for night shifts.
• Independently schedule shifts via an app, which gives control over your own schedule and availability.
