- You guide schools in building a strong care policy and realizing qualitative student guidance.
- You contribute to the further development of the care continuum, with particular attention to broad basic care and increased care.
- You start from a thorough context analysis and use available data to identify needs, strengths, and development opportunities.
- You support school teams in analyzing, interpreting, and utilizing relevant educational and student data.
- You guide change and implementation trajectories that contribute to inclusive, opportunity-rich, and high-quality learning environments.
- You collaborate with internal and external partners for a positive, safe, and stimulating school and classroom climate.
- You facilitate intervisions, professionalization trajectories, and learning networks for school leaders, care teams, and teachers.
- You develop and provide training on care, equal educational opportunities, learning support, and psychosocial well-being.

- You endorse the philosophy and spirituality of the organization, as well as its mission and educational project.
- You have demonstrable experience in care and student guidance.
- You have thorough knowledge of the care continuum and the principles of qualitative student guidance.
- You can collect, analyze, and interpret educational data and translate it into useful policy advice.
- You possess strong analytical skills and work in a planned and goal-oriented manner.
- You have a progressive vision on education, inclusion, and equal educational opportunities.
- You believe in innovative school organization and support schools in change processes.
- You possess strong coaching, guidance, and communication skills.
- You can work both independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
- You are a learning professional who is open to innovation and continuous professionalization.
- You possess the necessary digital skills for data analysis, reporting, and collaboration.
- You have experience in primary education and are permanently appointed.
