As an apprentice craftsman in ground, road, and hydraulic engineering, you will learn the trade primarily through practical experience.
- You will participate in infrastructure projects and be guided by experienced colleagues.
- If you are following a vocational training program (BBL), you will combine work with 1 day of school per week.
- You will gradually develop into a skilled craftsman in the sector.
What you will do.
- Assist in the construction of roads and sewage systems.
- Dig trenches and help with earthworks.
- Learn to operate tools and smaller machinery.
- Follow instructions from the foreman and supervisor.
- Collaborate with machine operators and ensure their safety at work.
- Keep the construction site tidy and safe.

- Motivated and eager to learn.
- Enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and tackling challenges.
- Possesses a B driving license.
- A true team player.
Practical
- You will receive guidance from two dedicated individuals:
- A master craftsman: an experienced colleague on the project who will teach you the trade in practice.
- A work-study supervisor: will guide you through your training program, monitor your learning objectives, and maintain contact with the school.
