As a supervisor, you work independently and are part of a close-knit team within a care organization. You work at familiar locations in the region or assist at various places. You have influence over your schedule and can opt for a fixed schedule or 'like' shifts weekly. You work with diverse target groups.
What you do
- Work with clients with a Mild Intellectual Disability (MID)
- Work with elderly people
- Quickly switch between locations, teams
- Sense the atmosphere, recognize signals, and respond to clients' needs with attention
- Work from the heart: pure, committed, and with an eye for connection
- Make a difference for the client and the team by taking the right small action at the right time
What they ask
- MBO 3 or 4 diploma or a bachelor's degree in care and welfare (or in the final year of your studies)
- In possession of a driving license
- Flexibility and sense of responsibility
- Willingness to work in varying shifts: day, late, weekend, and sleeping shifts
Preferences.
- Having your own car is convenient, but not mandatory
- Experience with diverse target groups is a plus
